Mini-steps to becoming the entrepreneur I want to be (Part 3 of 5)

Focus: self-optimization! We entrepreneurs know this all too well. We have to become better and better in order not to get lost in the competition. We have to create even more in order to be satisfied with ourselves. What we have achieved is all too often underestimated.
The self-optimization trend leads people to make the most bizarre decisions:
Morning exercise, morning yoga
Society shows us that if we don’t do this, we will no longer be one of the young, fit, up-and-coming personalities. That’s when even the most sports-minded become jocks!
A little retro in your daily schedule
Switching from a digital to an analog calendar, where you can always see the big picture at a glance, not only adds a bit of retro to your daily schedule, but creates a faster, easier overview of appointments.
Over-organize
You need, you think, to become a completely structured, scheduled-through person. Even breaks – which tend to get shorter in the self-optimization craze – get their own slot on the calendar.
Do you think you have to follow every one of these and other trends and optimize yourself in the process? No, you don’t have to. And especially not if you feel inferior. Better look at what you have already achieved and simply be inspired by trends and activities like the ones mentioned above. That’s quite enough.
